Sheila Struiksma MSW, RSW
I’m Sheila, a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist. I understand that life brings challenges, and that reaching out for support can feel like one of the hardest steps to take. With over 20 years of experience, I have supported individuals, couples, and families in a variety of settings, including long-term care, palliative care, mental health, and working with survivors of trauma. These experiences have shaped the steady, compassionate way I show up in my work today.
I work with adults (18+) and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, caregiver burnout, and related concerns. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or for your relationship, my goal is to offer a non-judgmental, respectful space where you feel safe to share openly and honestly.
During difficult seasons, our strengths can feel distant or forgotten. Part of my role is to help you reconnect with those strengths, develop tools to manage challenges, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence — both individually and within your relationships.
If you’re considering taking that next step, I welcome you to reach out.

MSW, RSW, RMFT
I’m Juliana Villabona, and it’s my life’s work to support individuals, couples, and families on their own paths toward healing and self-discovery.
My curiosity about what helps people heal and find balance naturally led me to the field of psychotherapy. I began my career in Colombia, where I practiced as a registered psychologist.
After immigrating to Ontario more than 25 years ago, I’ve had the privilege of working extensively with women and children affected by intimate partner and sexual violence.
I’ve also worked as part of a Family Health Team, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, holistic care. In addition, I work closely with veterans and first responders, supporting them through the unique challenges that come with service, trauma, and recovery.
